What CAN be done to fix TS4?

Pretty much what everyone else has stated (minus Justine Keaton), plus other service Sims, ownable cars, more color and texture options for furniture, paints and flooring to make color-coordinating rooms easier/better, dishwashers, trash compactors, land lines, a chemistry/attraction system similar to the one in The Sims 2, diving boards and slides for pools, more types of community lots (like grocery stores and movie theaters), and other things that I cannot think of/remember right now.
