What CAN be done to fix TS4?

I play with life. I've never been a great builder, or story creator. For me it's all about Live mode. What I feel I'm missing is some very vital life stages. I feel like everyone has asked for toddlers back, which I fully support. I also think it might be fun to have preteens and possibly middle aged. I miss the ability to paint portraits and take photos for display in a sims home as well. I also miss the ability to hire services, like the live in butler feature. I'd also love to see more job/career options. Stand up comedy is great, but I miss the Actor/Director career path. Pets of course, Supernaturals too, but I realize those all came from expansions in the past and we'll just have to wait for that.
