I'm sure it has been mentioned but my eyes hurt and can't read all 13 pages of this.
In case it hasn't been mentioned:
I miss bring friends home from work (with the option yes or no).
I wish the "make friends" option actually allowed someone to meet co-workers/school mates. It seems to just increase social.
