Someone mentioned a fashion district, I think that would be pretty cool. I was one of the few people who appreciated and liked buying clothes for their Sims. Maybe keep the regular base clothes in the games and add new clothes you can buy placed in a fashion store. Bring back the bookstores, spas, and the consignment stores.
What about our mausoleums in the graveyards? More importantly, how about bringing back the graveyards? I visited them quite frequently, surely there could be some fun, strange interactions and surprises to be had there.
