This is exactly what we need. There should also be negative moodlets that increase for every useable object in the home, for fear it will malfunction or catch on fire. Whenever the toilet is clogged, I want my sim sitting in the corner rocking back and forth for hours fearing what might go wrong next (or worse, what might crawl out of the plumbing if they try to fix it!)
