You are so spot on about the way big companies treat us nowadays.
I have been complaining bitterly to the supermarket who kept sending me stale bread with my grocery order every week. How did they respond? The bread I like is no longer available to order on their website. Obviously it's easier to lose me as a customer than send me fresh bread.
But, hey on the bright side if Sims 4 still has gnomes there is always the option to make them into toddler gnomes. That'll shut up all the complainers ;)
