From Sims 2:
Drum set
Bass guitar
Sewing machine
Ballet bar
Ball you can play catch with
Restorable car
Makeover chair you can use as a business
Toy making bench

I also want a way to run your own bar or club as a business but not air I want the Sims 2 system for that back.
