If you've got a dance cage, how about a pole-dance pole?
Also, reversible bracelets and rings that can go on either hand. I don't see what's so tough about doing that.
And a bigger aquarium.
I made a greenhouse once. Basically you make a box room, line the walls with glass windows, and fill it with pots. There's also a glass lawn decoration that looks great as a glass roof.
