What Packs would you like to see be added that have never been done before?

I wanted to comment some ideas, but damn all the ideas are awesome and I feel like I have nothing to add here XD
But let's try: I would love to see some packs that adds a lot of negative things for your sims to experience from various illnesses, mental breakdowns, more negative traits, etc. I know it would probably too much for many people, but I do like realism, so that would make my gameplay experience much more interesting. At least we got mods for that as I don't think EA would ever make anything like that.
