What Packs would you like to see be added that have never been done before?

Now that The Sims 4 has now got all the packs that we essentially need to make the game more like a simulation (Pets, Seasons, University). I really want to know what types of new packs you would like...

I definitely second the hospital idea, and sicknesses could be body changing, and fatal; as well as easy to cure. There could be a randomness to some of them, and a higher likeliness for different age groups for others.
