@haneul Thanks very much! Z and I are having an especially wonderful time with WSWCT. I wasn't sure how people might respond to the peek behind the curtain I've offered. I know there are some who want to completely immerse themselves in the world of a story, and don't like to be distracted by anything about its creation. That's why I try to make it easy for readers to skip past the non-plot material.
I'm sorry the story of Grandma Martha's piano made you sad. :( Here's the story behind that element of the plot.
There's a beautiful grand piano in the living room of the house I'm using as Cameron's residence. I've never had a piano in one of my Sims' houses, and none of my Sims have ever done more than plunk away at a keyboard they find in a café. This seemed to us to be the perfect opportunity to let a Sim tickle the ivories.
The piano certainly will not be neglected.
Mason and Martha only brought a few, very special, pieces of furniture to their new home in Sulani. They left the rest for Cameron, which is why he's not starting out with an empty shell of a house.
I appreciate you stopping by. Please keep following our story!

While Z and I haven't planned much of our plot in advance--we're choosing to let the game lead us where it will--the piano won't be gathering dust. Grandma Martha will not let that happen!
