Why can't our Sick Sims go to the hospital?

Like that is the purpose, we have a hospital and they should be able to go there and get medicine.

I know huge disappointment! You can't even call the doctor to do a house call, and that is a game feature. :/ I also miss the chicken soup from TS2.
