Why is it called Try for Baby?

Why is the option to have a baby a called "try for baby"? I never understand cause so far, every pregnancy in the game had been successful. Never once did "try for baby" fail. I don't know if there's ...

:) It seems to fail about 15% of the time for me. Not sure if that's what it's set to, or just my random luck haha
