Why is the option to have a baby a called "try for baby"? I never understand cause so far, every pregnancy in the game had been successful. Never once did "try for baby" fail. I don't know if there's ...

I just wish the game itself had a "risky woohoo" action so that I the player can take a chance for baby while to the sim it would still be an accident. Just to get different reactions for story purposes. But for now I just don't have them take a test and just pretend the child was unexpected.
My sim with 9 children had two tries fail I think. Most succeeded and were twins.
