Why is it called Try for Baby?

I don't know if there's a way to fail it or for the pregnancy to fail while the mom sim is bearing. I think maybe it should be renamed "woohoo for baby" since every "try" is a success.

Please don't be mean to me cause this post. I play the game vanilla style, and only still on my first family so far. But I gotten 5 kids successfully from "try for baby" building the family. So I guess the option's name amuses me. Please be kind.
