Don't hold your breath while waiting. The devs said early on that there won't be a CAW.
It's a shame because I prefer to play in my own world in styles that I like. For instance, I hate the desert and haven't stepped foot in Oasis Springs, but once since the game came out. I live in the desert, it's brown and ugly and I never ever want to see it in real life and the game makes it look even worse. I'd love nothing more than to get rid of that world and replace it with a better urban world because I'm a city native and prefer city style living rather than most of the stuff we have in the game. I also hate Louisiana style homes, which makes up the majority of the game. It's so disheartening to be forced to play in only a few worlds because the rest aren't anywhere you'd want to visit or live.
