Why is there still no Edit Town/Neighborhood tool in the Sims 4?

i wish they would at very least let us add and delete off lot objects

and hide background buildings

like if your neighbors shell house be looking ugly you could just tap "make invisible"

I have no real want to start terrain editing or anything tbh i mainly just want to remove and add objects

and even then mainly remove cause there is always something bugged stuck off lot i cant do anything about and its annoying
