Why is there still no Edit Town/Neighborhood tool in the Sims 4?

I 100% would be happy with at least the ability to remove objects and add objects. I hate how some trees block lot views, and that ginormous dinosaur and so many other hideously ugly things in the world that are very jarring when playing in it.

I haven't learned T.O.O.L. yet because mostly I just want the ability to DELETE their c-rap that doesn't fit in with MY world!
