Well you could technically add stuff like a shelter too, kinda like a lot you go to like get to work may allow for more homeless to be present at any given time, possibility capacity being full could also make it possible to put up a small telt in park. Don't think necessarily have to limit to just cloth or furniture, but then again depends on how much is possible to do outside of a kit or stuff pack gameplay wise.
