The Magic Academy is a 50x50 castle lot that is hidden in a magic underground cave with purple lava.
It can only be accessed through a magic portal.
Your Sims can become Witches and learn various magic skills including how to ride a broom, create nasty potions and how to disguise themselves as (beautiful) humans.

THE MAGIC MARKET
In the public space outside of the Magic Academy there is also a small market place to buy magical ingredients or dragon eggs for your own dragon pet. Each day a week there are different merchants. You can even buy a Genie lamp or get aesthetic fairy wings for your Sims.

DRAGON SMALL PETS
As stated before, there will be small dragons in various colors that can only be bought at the Magic Market. They somehow work similar to regular pets from Cats & Dogs, but you can't really customize them like pets.
!! If small dragons get angry because you don't care for them they will spit fire and cause chaos on your lot. !!

ZOMBIES
Revive dead Sims as Zombies which are like the ones in TS2, NOT TS3!!

BRING THE MAGIC TO YOUR HOME
Bring magic with you to the normal world and Turn mirrors into talking mirrors, turn your dog into a Sim, turn your flamingo into a Flamenco dancer and generally cause mischief (or good) outside of Magic Academy!
