Would you like to have a grocery store lot where your sims would go grocery shopping, could work at, or own ?

I want the game for the fun stuff, not life's hassles, so for those who want more of the endless menial chores that eat up the precious minutes every day, I get it, especially if you haven't yet had your fill of it irl, but I hope those of us who just wanna party in the game, can skip the drudgery and have the same options we have now in sims4...just leave us our options. ?
