1. Get to work refresh with live in business (same to restaraunt) hire who you want so it could be family business. Better hospital staff or let lease let us order nurse so they wouldn't in the way or do some job. Better alien. Npc police and bulgar
2. More wood working like bed/upright piano/toy/bookselve/sink/outdoor bence/dresser
3. Not-modern-looking functional teapot please
