Youtube Copyright Question

Does anyone use the sims music that plays while in build mode during your videos and upload them to Youtube? I know there were problems with Copyright issues. For the Sims 3 and the Sims 4? Thanks!

I have a YT channel called SplashyMoth8202 and both my Sims 3 videos I uploaded got copyright claimed for some unknown reason. But anyways I'm deleting all my vids and refreshing my channel cos I dont have an introduction video.
