A lot for the sim that's on the move and single. Lots of space for expansion later for kids etc

The exterior design of Bachelor Living is very nice! :) The slanted roof and the curved upper balcony and pool patio look great! Great outdoors living and dining area for Sims to enjoy swimming in the pool as well as enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors in the air at the dining table there. Nice modern furnishing of the interior of the home. It looks great how you have a study desk table nook in the corner of the living room. The pictures on the walls add a great look to the living areas.
It is a nice home :)
