Advanced Mode for Play with Genetics

I don't know where the ideas corner is, I'm putting it here. I have been thinking about an advanced mode to Play with Genetics in CAS. It would allow you to specifically pick and choose which traits from the original sim(s) go where. For example, making a child between two sims that has one parent's eyes and the other parent's nose specifically? Or if there is only one parent, the one parent's mouth and the other features random? This would be good to get a child you specifically want in CAS, I'm sick of constantly refreshing to get the exact features I want.
