AI in The Sims 4 – A proposal

I would like to propose an idea for a new feature in The Sims 4. Considering that we are in the age of Artificial Intelligence, I think that now would be a perfect time to integrate it into The Sims, as a useful and fun tool for every player. Below are the ways that I think AI can be used in, in order to enhance the experience of the game.

Sim Generation

When you enter Create-a-Sim, there will be a new AI button. When you click it, a text box will show up, and you can write a description of the Sim you want to generate. In this description, you can specify the name, age, gender, personality and physical appearance of the desired Sim, as well as the style of their clothing. This can also apply to families, with the option to create an entire family at once, by specifying the characteristics mentioned above for each Sim, as well as the relationships between the family members and any additional information, such as a divorce or death in the family.

Build Generation

When you enter Build/Buy Mode, there will be a new AI button that will allow you to write a description of the build you want to generate. You will be able to specify the lot type and style, as well as the size of the build and any additional details.

World Building

The integration of AI in The Sims 4 could also be an opportunity to bring back the Create-a-World feature from previous games. When you enter Manage Worlds, there will be an AI button that you can click to bring up a text box. In this box, you will be able to write a description of the world you want to generate, including details such as lot quantity, style (such as urban or rural), name and other details.
