Re: Cross-Platform DLC Transfers for The Sims 4

It is very disappointing to not be able to transfer/download DLCs from different platforms. Having no DLCs is what stops me from playing anymore since I started on console and picked up PC gaming. I love the sims4, there's nothing that compares and TRUST me I tried to find something else to replace it because I don't have any of my DLCs anymore. I can't spend $500 to get what I already have again... holding a controller doesn't feel natural anymore so I end up not playing more than 30 mins every few months.

    KLB331​ we see this comment a lot but it's actually not in the control of EA. The platforms themselves are all competitors in a highly competitive market, so there's that. But mainly it's the fact that content including add-ons are designed, formatted and manufactured for that specific platform and are simply not compatible with other platforms. Even console content doesn't transfer so Xbox doesn't transfer to PlayStation and vice versa.
