I'm so sick of always having twins or triplets. When I actually use the "make a baby" command, the odds of having twins or triplets always go up. Twins and triplets are actually rare, and usually there's only one, right? I'm really scared to use the "make a baby" command. This doesn't seem to happen when we're on the phone talking about having a baby or adding to our family.
I wish they'd reconsider the odds of having twins or triplets.
Did you give your Sim any traits that increase the chances ? Does the lot have any ?
No. I haven't done anything to the traits or the lot.
i think it comes with Spa Day but did you use the massage to your pregnant sim?
i can't remember which one it was called but if you use one of the massage options the chances are higher you'll get twins or triplets
the only other thing i could think of is the radio and the tv one, if you use the kids radio or watching little kids on TV the chances there are also in both cases higher you'll get twins or triplets

I didn't get a massage while I was pregnant.
I only watch cooking shows on TV, so I think that's probably unlikely.

UYAMAYU are you using mods in your game? My Sims never have twins without adding reward or lot traits to cause it and in my 7 years of playing Sims 4 I don't even remember seeing triplets. Multiple births are not a regular occurrence at all, I'm on console so no mods.
Without mods, the lot trait, the fertility elixir from outdoor retreat, or the massage from spa day, multiple births are not that common. I play on PC and with a 30+ generation save, I have only had multiples about 4 times. It must be something you are doing with gameplay, if you are not using mods.

I've been playing for 7 years, and I've never had twins or triplets until now, but when I tried to have children for the first time in a while, I had twins and triplets in a row, and I couldn't give birth to just one child. The fact that this only happened to me may have been a coincidence...
UYAMAYU what I would do is save your game before any pregnancy. Then if this happens, exit without saving and see if it happens again. I'd do it before they try for a baby, not during the pregnancy itself.
