Better contact with EA

When there's an issue, it's almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. I wrote a mail about a fault with the app when I was making a purchase - I had to restart the app, but the payment had gone through twice even though I didn't finish it the first time?

EA didn't take the money for the second time - so you must know it was a mistake. But now that money is sitting in my paypal account, waiting to hear from EA - and all you need to do is tell them that it was a mistake - on your part. 

I wrote the mail a month ago and have still not heard back and the money is still just sitting there.

That's really lousy customer service!

    Sorry to hear that you've still been waiting to hear back about that payment issue. 

    From your description, it sounds like your payment failed a few times before being accepted. If you haven't already, please try contacting our live support team via chat instead of email so they can look into the account with you.
