I'd also like to add a Sawhorse for woodcutting - make your fires demand chopable fuel, whether you do it yourself or buy it.

I really like the wearable backpacks idea. It would be great We need spiral stair cases in the base game as a game mechanic or new spiral stairs.

3. Multiple elevators on all multistory lots. - Honestly, one thing that constantly drives me crazy while building:
toggle (on/off) for visible columns
so the dang columns won't fade in live mode when you go near them
if I put time putting those in I want to see them *sighs* - 1. Headband Options/Claw Options.
2. Maternity clothes specifically, that look good on pregnant sims (pants, shirts especially) spiral stairs definately 👌 and all the above 🤞

A blacksmith equipment would be nice for Horse Ranch EP, to craft not only horseshoes.
A functional woodchopping stump and axe could be nice for a Outdoor Retreat refresh- Firearms. The best in anti-burglary technology. And for recreational purposes, with an attached Marksmanship Skill.
