Burglar is not Robin Banks (Pre-Patch saves)

My household just got the burglar event trigger (not by cheats and not using the lot challenge), and to my surprise, the sim that showed up is some randomly generated NPC, not Robin Banks (who I was very excited to meet). Not sure why that happened, but it sucks.

    Hey all, 

    This is by design. Robin Banks will only be added to new saves. Existing saves will spawn their own burglars as we don't have the ability to insert premade Sims into old saves.

    But what about preset sims like Emit Relevart? Why didn't you make Robin based on a preset, then, instead of the type you apparently can't add???? Even modders can insert the Sims Sessions sims to perform, which was clearly originally functioning for old saves, too. Robin should have been like those sims.
