K-bobster , I agree this would be a nice addition! I love playing in Newcrest, especially for houses that are a mix of styles so as not to ruin the vibes of the neighborhoods you mentioned like Ravenwood or Mt. Komorabi, etc , but I am a bit tired of using the same neighborhood for this.
I have always seen the line of plots on the right side of Newcrest as the commercial section and the other 2 areas as the residential section. But you are correct in mentioning that it is strange that the lots don't face each other , and I agree with you that this would be a nice touch! 🤩
