Re: Deck the Palms event missing in-game and can't claim rewards

I am writing to see I can get some help.  The whole Deck the Halls event was a fail for me.  I was not able to get things working so I could get all the rewards.  I was hoping someone could help me.  I get what the idea is but these events are a fail.  I would rather pay for the items than have to log in every day .  Especially over the holidays.  Is there anyway someone could help me get the items.  I have really put a lot of money into my game and just want to experience it without having these events and them not working to let me earn them .  

Any help would be great and appreciated.
