I'm honestly not bothered about cars or modes of transport in the game. I wouldn't buy a pack just for vehicles. If they were incorporated in the base game I might use them now and then, but I don't need them.
I enjoy fantasy gameplay fairly frequently so I will most likely get Enchanted By Nature at some point.
