[EBN] Balance system reacts way to extreme

My Sim got hysterical from using a mischief interaction and instantly(!) his balance dumped from the top to the very inbalanced state and he got an ailment (all in one second).

I am very much in favor of more difficulty (and a little chaos) in the game, but this seems way too extreme.

Above all the other way (getting from the bottom to a balanced state) seems to be a lot slower (which is absolutely fine, since it should reflect the long term mood).

I feel like sudden jumps like this should not happen. It makes sense that extreme emotions like hysterical affect the balance more than others, but there should still be the possibility (and the time) to counteract.

I consider this to be a bug, because it makes the balance system rather unplayable for me (which is a pity).
