I wish elders could exercise without being exhausted to the point of dying.
I opened a gym and two elders died the first day because they worked too hard.
Can you tune it down a bit please? Some elders are still healthy out there. They can woohoo too without being uncomfortable for the next 24 h.

I agree so much! Age =/= incapacity. At the very least, let the elder's fitness skill have some bearing here.
OMG I've been asking for this I wanted a potion for Elders so they won't overexert themselves they have a potion for everything else but not for elders, I was thinking like water aerobics, little dumbbells, they do have power walking which I do like, I would like jazzercise we already have romba now put jazzercise in the mix lol.
I agree - elders should be able to stay fit. They should be able to walk on treadmill instead of run, for one thing.
I'm assuming you have Business & Hobbies. You need to have another elder Sim give them the Stellar Stamina mastery perk.
the team should add something like a potion or something so the elders won't have the fear about dying from working too hard or exercise things or atleast slow it down a bit more
Feel you on this one — it's a bit heartbreaking (and slightly shocking) to see elders drop like flies after a light jog or a little yoga. It’d be great if the game could better reflect the fact that many real-life seniors stay active well into their 70s and beyond. A more gradual fatigue system or elder-specific fitness modifiers could make things more balanced — and fun!
Also, yes to the WooHoo stamina! Elders deserve romance without the post-event penalty of feeling like they ran a marathon
