You will just have to try to hold a wedding and see if the lot comes up on the wedding planner menu. What I have heard is that you can't hold formal social events on businesses but I haven't tried them yet. I know you can't have dates there. So this might apply to all social events? You could put a wedding arch on site and have it there so your active households can go there and marry themselves, but it's not the whole event I know (though I personally prefer it). Cool idea by the way!
