How about a new free world for the 25th Anniversary?

I think a new world with a base game update would be a nice way to thank loyal simmers. Even Sims 3 had Riverview (and Create-a-World).

Sims 4 without any packs to way too bare bones, no wonder it is basically free, you need packs and/or mods to make it playable XD

To effectively "try" Sims 4 I had to add way too many packs and still felt/feel it was/is a Sims "Light" game. A free world would at least show Sims 4 simmers are appreciated.
