How about a new free world for the 25th Anniversary?
Much like New Crest but with a new name with 20 Empty lots and maybe an ocean and waterfall for swimming 🏊♂️.

I would much rather have a create a world tool. I also want a way to limit the worlds any sims are allow to traverse, like the home region mod.
Oh we definitely need that, when they give us a CAW tool, to assign the right schools and universitys...
