I would pay full expansion costs for this one thing.

All I would like to have is the ability to delete items out of CAS. Maybe the ability to delete mods directly out of the build section. Nothing fancy.

Once the item you dislike gets deleted, it's not really deleted, but in a safe location that doesn't get loaded. Many of my mods don't work, but they're bundled into TSR compilation files. Extremely difficult to locate and remove. So, instead of deleting them, which would be extremely difficult to program, just make it so that once it's "deleted" it just doesn't get loaded. 

I have over 30,000 mods, and about 300 that are not good. 

I would pay full price to get this into Sims4. It would solve a ton of headaches.
