Idea: add weather symbols/icons

Sometimes I want to take my Sims fishing or collecting things, but it's not possible because either it's raining heavily or the weather is extremely bad. My idea is to add a symbol or an icon that indicates the weather that is happening in that community before entering it, so as not to waste time.
