Make pregnant werewolves look less... weird???

I was doing a challenge where I had to play with a random sim off the gallery, she was a werewolf with a bigger body. And while playing, I didn't realize she was pregnant so when she transformed into the werewolf the stomach looked so stupid and long. Is there a way to make it less distracting or give the werewolves a feminine frame?
