Marketplace Kits Non Functional

I bought 6 kits from Marketplace where items are nonfunctional. For example, I cannot watch the T.Vs that came through Marketplace. It took me a while to fully notice the extent of this error as my library is very large and now that it is past the 30 days, so I am not sure how much EA will help. Has anyone else had this issue and if so were you able to fix it and how? All I want is to be able to watch my Alice in Wonderland Caterpillar T.V and the other items :(

Idea: Could EA provide an option to download the kits to the app from marketplace or physically to their computer if all else fails? Please.

    Hello there SquishyMcsquee​, this is not possible as the Marketplace is its own storefront and is completely seperate from the EA App. To have the packs on the EA App, you should have purchased them through the EA App store instead.

    As for the items being non-functional, this is odd as I cannot seem to replicate these issue myself with the Kits I got from the Marketplace.

    I recommend that you first uninstall the kits you got via the Marketplace, you can do this in game via the Marketplace manager. Once you have done that, I recommend closing out the game and doing a game repair through the EA App and then once you have done that. Go back into your game and then install the kits again through the in game manager and see if this corrects the issue.

    I actually did all that before I created this thread and the issue is still there. I also removed my mods folder and cleared my cache. I purchased them on Marketplace because I wanted them there and did not know I would have this issue as I am limited in my ability to tell the future 😂. Also, at the time I purchased them they were not available on the app. I appreciate your advice, though. I I read about one or two other people who had this issue but I wonder if it is uncommon. My clothing Kits downloaded fine, as did my Little Campers Kit. I also have issues with hot tubs durring normal game play, where I can't "Get in" So, maybe it's linked to that? If anyone else has this issue with kits please comment and if anyone else has any other ideas for fixes, I would love to hear them.
