Re: Memory Boost Technical Issues and Feedback Thread

This is just my personal experience while using this new feature called memory boost. I enabled it after reading mostly positive reviews and my game was almost ruined. A recovery save was never automatically created (i play the sims since it launched so for the last...25 years and i was unable to find one), it was impossible to disable the feature and the game wouldn't load, I kept getting an error code 22 message. I removed the few mods that I use, repaired the game again and again, restarted my laptop and nothing. The recovery save was nowhere to be found and the only thing that worked was to uninstall everything and then reinstall and add the save I had kept in a separate folder before enabling the feature. The strangest thing was that it was impossible to disable the feature because the game wouldn't save either so my choice just wouldn't register. Maybe I am the one to blame because I did something wrong but please be careful if you decide to use the feature and definitely keep a save somewhere in a separate folder just to be on the safe side.
