I’m writing about an issue with the “Nature’s Calling” event currently running in The Sims 4. I’ve completed all available quests, and the event tracker confirms that I’ve finished them. However, the final reward (Re-Traiting Potion) remains locked. It says I need to earn 10 more Event Points (EP), but no additional quests are available to complete, and the Sims 4 website stated that all quests were released by July 22nd.
As of now, I’m stuck at 1690 EP with no way to reach the 1700 required for the final reward. The event still shows 5 days remaining, so I should have enough time — but there are no quests left to earn the last EP needed.
Screenshots attached show that I’ve completed all quests and the final reward remains locked.
Is this a known bug, or is there something I’ve missed? I would really appreciate if there’s a fix available to help me finish the event properly.

Did you skip over any of the optional quests it had offered? I had done the same thing and learned that for those final few things, you would have gotten enough points if you had done all the optional quests. (I actually didn't get the last 3 things for this reason.)
The good news is, you did enough of the quests to earn all the otherwise locked rewards. The final thing can be purchased with the aspiration rewards points, so at least there is that. I'm not a fan that they listed those quests as optional, as soon as it was over the option to do them and get points for them went away, but now I know for next time.
Same, I skipped the optional quests as I was playing a limited pack save... have they ever mislabeled quests as "optional" that were actually required before? Since I started playing the Sims I've never seen this before, optional always meant optional and had no impact otherwise. Especially frustrating as I had the packs, but didn't realize I needed to do the other quests to get everything.
