[NCQE] Not getting all consumable awards with ended event

Hello everyone! Does anyone know how I can get the last Event Reward even though I completed all Event Tasks? It's not important (since it's a Re-Traiting Potion) but would like to know if it's possible. Thanks!

It's not possible. I think something is messed up because a lot of people are saying they did all of the tasks but still didn't get the last item.
