[NCQE] Not getting all consumable awards with ended event

So, have finished the event, but cannot claim the very last 'reward' as do not have enough points. No more quests, says thanks for playing. Guess since do not have all dlcs, did not 'earn' enough by ...

It says that I have finished Forever Friends Event but I am not able to collect the remaining rewards for the event. I have 3 rewards left. There are no more quests for me to complete.  What did I miss?
