So, have finished the event, but cannot claim the very last 'reward' as do not have enough points. No more quests, says thanks for playing. Guess since do not have all dlcs, did not 'earn' enough by doing all supposedly optional quests. If these quests are optional, then NOTHING should be locked behind them.

I have completed the natures events but the last 3 items are locked. It will not allow me to do anything further.
I assumed there would be more to it than just adding the seed to the stump, but since you mentioned that, that would’ve been my final task. Though, I was never asked to add a seed to the stump and I never received one during the event, nor did I have one in my inventory, which is why I assumed there were missing tasks. I just bought the stump and then it said I completed the event and couldn’t do anything else.
I honestly wasn’t really worried about the items left that I didn’t get to receive, just wanted to note the issue that I faced incase anyone else faces a similar one as I see there have been quite a few hiccups with this event.
Also, no I didn’t get to do any of the additional tasks due to not having the packs associated with said tasks. If those were needed to have enough event points for the three items I didn’t get, that would make total sense and I didn’t think about it until you mentioned it. One of my tasks still disappeared, though. Not upset over it, just wanted to make a note of it.
This is so dirty! DLC was never suppose to impact getting rewards and yet here we are. So disappointing this was a CHOICE MADE to limit rewards. Yes they're consumables but why should I not get everything when I completed ALL the tasks available TO ME?! Retraiting potion is expensive and 10,000 simos was a nice thing to look forward too. This is so unnecessary and just wrong. Changing the parameters to complete the event now on the 5th event.. I just can't.
No issue for me, everything is unlocked even if I missed one optional task.
Note: I did the whole event at once with Game version 1.116.202.1030 (July 1st Patch)

Hi, I believe that last three rewards are locked, because you didn't do all the optional quests. I finished the entire event with all optional quests completed (you need to do the optional quests first, otherwise they will disappear from the quest queue - it was stated in the info about the event) and I claimed all the rewards including last three. I can also confirm that if someone was playing the event with the base game only and didn't do any optional quests, they will not get the last three rewards. It was stated at the information about the event on the EA The Sims 4 web page, that people who will do optional quests, will recieve extra rewards, so I believe those last three rewards are those extra rewards, therefore it's not a bug, it's just how it was intended.
At least y’all are getting that far. My game will load the quests, will let me shop packs, everything working as normal BUT when I try to claim any rewards it tells me that I need to be connected to the internet to claim them. I’ve restarted the game, my console, disconnected and reconnected to the Wi-Fi and it still says I’m not connected and can’t claim anything.

Hmm if it is about the optional quests, then I did all but one. Because it fell off before I could get to it, but couldn't claim the last two items.
