No action taken message for gallery report of injured, bleeding dog

I reported an upload on the Gallery earlier today for something titled "Homeless Dog" which depicted an injured and bleeding dog. I would like to know how that is okay with EA. I was not the only one...

Just wrapping this up, I've gotten word that the upload has been removed now.
