Pictures/photos/paintings are being false-flagged as CC.

As explained above, pictures/photos/paintings that are taken in game are being false-flagged as CC in the Gallery. I understand that they technically fall under the category of 'Custom Content' because they were produced in game, but I don't think it's correct to classify them as such because no mods or CC [i.e. build-items made by content creators] was used in the making of them.

I don't use mods or CC in builds, and have Mods and Script Mods completely disabled. 

Frankly, it breaks the immersion of a 'lived-in home' when I put family pictures/portraits on the walls, go to upload it to the Gallery, only to find... the dreaded wrench icon, preventing me from uploading it or viewing it in my saves without enabling 'Include Custom Content'.

It's really frustrating. If anyone has a solution, or is having the same difficulties, please help to bring this to the attention of the Sims team or EA.
